Quick, 30 minute meeting to understand your situation, and see if we would be a mutually good fit.
Discovery
60-90 minute meeting where we ask questions, get to know you better, and lay the foundation for your financial plan.
Working Meeting
90 minute meeting where we review your initial plan, discuss areas of opportunity we have uncovered, make any necessary changes, and map out actually implementing the plan
Implement!
Most importantly, we will walk alongside you to implement the plan by looking at what needs to be done now (0-90 days), soon (90-180 days) and later (180 days+).
Ongoing
Although we are continuously working in the background on your plan and investments, we will meet in the first quarter for a plan update and tax planning, mid year for a quick check in, and in the fourth quarter for year end planning. Also, life happens! We are happy to meet if you reach out between scheduled review dates.

Your plan will evolve, and that’s perfectly normal. The secret sauce is in working the plan throughout time, and adjusting when life inevitably changes.
You may be thinking, “Why don’t they charge a percentage of Assets Under Management (AUM) like other financial advisors?”
Two reasons: First, most of the time the AUM structure benefits the advisor… Not the client. If the average advisor charges 1% on a $1MM or $3MM portfolio, it is an annual fee of $10,000 or $30,000. Just because someone happens to have more money does not automatically mean their situation is more complex, thereby justifying a 3x higher fee.
Secondly, moving away from charging solely based on assets creates a more aligned opportunity for us to act in your best interest and be investment agnostic from public markets to private, business ownership, real estate investing, paying off a mortgage, keeping your 401k active vs an IRA, etc.
Instead, through leveraging technology we have come up with a sustainable flat fee business model that includes both investment management and financial planning while passing through significant cost savings to you.
